Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Arriving Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment result in payment for the scheduled time.

A Note on Punctuality
I am a stickler for time. I honor you by being ready to start on time — please honor me by showing up to your appointment on time.

Appointments Are Time-Based
Sessions are scheduled for time, not by body area. Choose 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on what your schedule allows.

No Walk-Ins
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. If the listed hours do not work for you, please reach out about alternate hours.

Payment
Payment is due at the end of service. Cash, check, and Zelle are accepted.
